BAPE® US Official Online Store accepts returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags and packaging within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that certain exclusive collaborations and limited-edition items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Print Prepaid Label

  Once your request is authorized, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original BAPE® packaging, ensuring all hangtags and dust bags are included, and attach the shipping label.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop off the package at any authorized UPS location; your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receipt.
